Work with us!
At Incept 3D, we foster a casual yet highly professional environment where team members consistently push the limits to achieve an efficiency level unmatched by any other 3D printing operation.
Most of us don’t 3D print things.
While it may seem counterintuitive, most roles at Incept 3D are not related to operating 3D printers. To put this into perspective, a single staff member can easily start 50-100 machines before taking their first 15-minute break. However, when those machines finish, it requires a small army and many hours of work to handle tasks like harvesting, post-processing, quality control, packaging, and shipping the products. As a result, the majority of our team does not engage in technical 3D printing tasks. Instead, we prioritize skills like manual dexterity, attention to detail, and maintaining a steady, efficient pace when hiring new employees or interns.
