Application · Medical Imaging

Anatomy you
can hold.

CT scans contain 3D information. We make it tangible.

A DICOM dataset already defines the anatomy in three dimensions. We segment the structures that matter, rebuild them as printable geometry, and print the model — skulls, spines, whatever the scan holds.

Or email your DICOM dataset to [email protected]

Patient data is never shared. We de-identify datasets on request.

Workflow

Four steps, scan to part.

  1. CT · TRI-PLANAR
    01Input

    CT Data (DICOM)

We take the DICOM dataset as it comes off the scanner — no conversion or cleanup needed on your side.

  2. SLICE · SAGITTAL
    02Isolate

    Segmentation

We segment the scan — isolating the bones you need from the surrounding soft tissue.

  3. MESH · SEGMENTEDGreyscale 3D-reconstructed skull segmented from CT data, rebuilt as a printable mesh
    03Refine

    Model Preparation

We clean and repair the geometry into a watertight, printable mesh — without editing the anatomy itself.

  4. PRINT · FDMDetailed white 3D-printed human skull anatomical model on a stand

    3D Printing

We print and finish the model for the job it has to do — teaching bench, planning session, or courtroom.

Use cases

Common applications.

01

Education & Training

Models a class can handle and pass around — real-case geometry instead of an idealized casting.

02

Surgical Review & Planning

Patient-specific models surgeons hold and rehearse with when planning complex, high-stakes procedures.

03

Legal & Medical Illustration

A physical exhibit a jury can see and hold — the injury or condition communicated without a screen.

Have a CT scan to work with?

Send us the DICOM.

If you have a CT scan as a DICOM dataset, we will talk through the project and what is possible — for surgical planning, education, or legal illustration.
