FDM Filament.

Fused deposition builds parts by extruding melted thermoplastic layer by layer — the widest range of engineering materials of any process we run, and the bulk of what leaves our floor.

Our core materials are instantly quotable, from everyday PLA through carbon-fiber-reinforced PA6-CF. Need something outside the core set? Specialty filaments are available on request.

SLA Resin.

Stereolithography cures liquid resin with a precision laser, leaving layer lines that are nearly invisible — the process to pick when the surface is the point.

That resolution is the reason to choose SLA: fine features, crisp text, and show-model surfaces that come off the machine looking finished. The engineering resins — Tough, Rigid, High Temp — make functional parts too; Standard is the visual-only pick.

Powder

MJF Powder.

Production nylon with consistent strength in every direction and no support structures — the process we quote when a nylon part needs real volume.

Multi Jet Fusion bonds nylon powder with a fusing agent, so parts are supported by the powder bed itself. Nested geometry, living hinges, and captive features come out clean, and the surface takes dye to a deep, even black.

  • PA12 & PA12-GB nylon powders

  • No supports — complex nesting comes out clean
  • Dyeable to a deep, even black

Ask about FDM first.

MJF carries premium pricing, and for a lot of functional parts a well-oriented FDM print gets you there for less. Send the part — if FDM is the better call, we will say so.
