You're printing it on your own Bambu, the slicer profile is dialed, supports are exactly where you want them, orientation is set, the filament is the right call. The print lands every time.

Then demand grows. One printer can't keep up. The obvious next step — handing the part to a service bureau — usually comes with a catch: most bureaus want an STL, and an STL throws away most of the work you spent weeks tuning.

A 3MF carries far more than geometry. It preserves:

• Your slicing parameters

Send a 3MF instead of an STL and the print intent stays with the file. A part that came off your printer a certain way comes off ours the same way.

If something doesn't fit our hardware or material library cleanly, we'll flag it before we print — not after.
