Meet our cute little test bench, designed for our custom in-house printheads.
The test bench is essentially a 3D printer stripped of its axis motors. It includes a power supply unit, motherboard, single board computer, USB to CAN bus, screen, and a fixture to hold the printhead—all connected with neatly organized wiring.
This device allows us to meticulously inspect each printhead for any issues and ensure everything is properly calibrated. It makes preventative maintenance effortless and keeps a supply of extra printheads ready at all times.
